Where can I exchange canadian loonies and toonies?

I have about dollars in Canadian dollar and two dollar coins. It seems no banks will do it, and Detroit Metro Airport says they will no longer take Canadian coins. What can I do?

Canadians have the same problem with US coins. Every time I go down I end up with pockets full. And do I think to bring them with me when I go back? Noooooo.
