$100 bill with special markings?
I received a 0 bill that has some special markings, like it was stamped with a little stamp or something. It’s not counterfeit or anything. I’m just wonder are there 0 bills out there that are rare and worth more than 0 because of the rarity?
I remember reading that certain rare coins are worth a lot, I’m wondering if the same applies to bills

If it is just a regular stamp like maybe the stamp they use to cancel postage stamps, it would not be worth more than face value. Sometimes notes can be made in error and be worth some money, but it would take an expert to be sure. I would suggest you find a local expert for an evaluation. Please check out the links.
How do you know it’s not counterfeit?
Are you sure it’s just not one of the newer bills? Or if you have only seen the newer bills, that it’s not one of the older ones? Old ones that are in good condition are still in circulation.
Why not go to the official mint site and look it up? Here’s a Wiki link that shows several types of official $100 bills.

And yes - if you have a true misprint, it could be worth a bit. But an extra stamp where there is normally none, I haven’t read any thing about.
