Buying RCM Coins In The USA
I am trying to find out how to buy canadian gold or silver maple leaf coins from the RCM even though I live in the USA

There are many of us in Canada that have them, and might be willing to sell you a couple. You just have to contact some of your Canadian friends.
Most bullion dealers and many coin dealers will have them. The RCM is not a great source direct because of shipping/order size concerns. I would buy them from dealers. They are very popular, and you should be able to find many sources locally, through coin magazines, or online.
