I live in Toronto, ON and I want to buy foreign stocks that pay dividends in foreign currency.

Ask your bank or your brokerage firm.
I Am an Investor buying stocks on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). Go to any bank (Bmo,TD.Cibc, Rbc….) and ask them to buy "foreign stocks that pay dividends in foreign currency.
They are there to solve those kind of problems.
If they don’t, they will give you alternative solutions Good Luck.
