Is Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Custom Build Configurator different from any other builds in http://www.cyberpowerpc.com even if i use the same parts as a build?
If i install two graphic cards in my computer, will the graphics be much faster/2 times faster then just one?

The only scenario I’ve seen where a client of mine had two graphics cards in the same computer was due to one of the cards being "integrated" onto the motherboard and he wanted a better video card for the computer to use.
And even then, you had to go into BIOS and disable the onboard video.
So to answer your question, having two video cards wouldn’t speed up your graphics. You’d want to pick the better of the two and install that one.
