There are a couple of things to think about:
1. if you clean a valuable coin, you might ruin the value.
2. Different methods are used for different types of coins (steel, copper, silver, gold…)
So if its valuable don’t clean it, or clean it very carefully.
Here is link on how to clean coins:

OR if for some reason you LOVE cleaning coins.
You could do it as a job, or a Professional coin cleaner…yippee
here’s the link to buy supplies, i don’t think you want to.

Hope it helps! =)
Also: I don’t clean my coins, with anything but soap and water, because i put a old penny in LCR and actually ended up with half a penny… But you can try a different method.
Soak them in a light mixture of acid until the old finish is removed and then rinse all the acid off.
Silver—silver polish; copper— rub them with Ajax or Comet. They’ll come out like new.
pour a glass of coke, put the coins in the coke.
leave it overnight, and when you come in the morning they will be shiny.
just dont drink the coke afterwards.
You can let them settle in lime juice for a minute or two
I know it sounds strange, but you can wash them in ketchup. I learned this trick in middle school. It works great on pennies.
hmm well try putting them in baking soda overnight?
i did a project like that one time at school
Well i would ask professionals about it!!
I put ketchup on one both of my half dollars misprints and it cleaned them a little bit!!

Rare coins lose value if cleaned. There are professional restorors you can use. If the coin is not valuable ultrasonic jewelry cleaners sometimes work. Also Tarnex, silver polish and CLR.
A Silver polishing cloth will do the trick.
If they are rare and you are planning on saving them or selling them then DO NOT clean them, a collector would rather have a dirty well defined coin, and rubbing them in any way distorts the clean lines of the design of the coin. They are much more valuable dirty.
You could use any tarnish-removal method. Heat in a solution of water and washing soda with the coins touching submerged aluminum. Sprinkle with salt and splash with vinegar, then rub the surface-or use lemon juice and salt. Soak overnight in buttermilk. Use silver or metal polish. Dunk in solution designed for cleaning gold or silver jewelry.
Once you’ve washed them clear of chemical, store air-tight in pouches designed for storing coins.
However, keep in mind that using any chemical on the coins will negatively affect their value to collectors.
