As another answer noted, this coin is worth 10 cents in Canada (about equal to 10 cents in US currency today).
Canada stopped making silver dimes in 1968. (It’s a bit complicated, but Canada switched from 80% silver dimes, to 50% silver dimes, to dimes made of nickel metal, all over the span of two years, 1967 and 1968.)
All newer Canadian dimes are made of nickel, even though they may appear "silver-colored."
