I have a silver one dollar US coin dated 1804 with Da Qing Zao Bi Chang on the edge, is it a counterfeit?

The coin was bought in Dubai by my father-in-law and given to me as a wedding present. I know one dollar coins with the date 1804 are pretty rare and rather priceless as one dollar coins weren’t struck after 1803 and weren’t re-struck until the 1830s (I think due to the cost of silver at the time), hence my reasoning behind it being fake. Also, Da Qing Zao Bi Chang Mint is in China so maybe that’s a giveaway lol
