Under 18; question about exchanging Euros at a bank for CAD?

Alright so I’m 16 years old, and I have 60 Euros left over from a trip I went on a few months ago. My question is can I just walk into any bank (RBC, CIBC, etc.) and get these converted into Canadian dollars? I do not own a bank account, and my dad is currently away, nor do I have any other adult I can rely on right now to do it for me.

So basically can I just walk into a bank without an account and convert it into straight cash? Is there a process I have to go through? Will there be a designated exchange currency window or will I have to deal with a person at a desk?

I understand they will charge a rate to get it converted, I just want to know if I can do it without much hassle.

Thanks
