yes, yes they do, i have a few canadian friends who occasionnaly, once it builds up, we swap our currencies back so the right ones are in the right country..somehow i think through the exchange rate i should be charging them..but thats just the sheister in me.
Yes we do… especially pennies…..
Yeah man all the time
Cheers from the great .. not so white this year.. North
sure do, but mostly dimes and pennies oh lol and nickels
All the time.
I used to keep a little jar in my desk drawer where I put any US coins I got to use the next time I went to the USA. Of course, now I live in the USA, so my jar is for Canadian coins now.
absolutely!
i guess they do
Yes, lots. I don’t even notice them anymore. My b/f saves all the quarters for when he travels to the states.
I also find money from other parts of the world that look smiallar to dimes
Yes.
All the time. We usually treat them at face value but 4 quarters is a dollar and whoo hoo that is worth an extra few cents!
What I hate though is that I have been given Japanese coins that look like a toonie at first glance but are in fact basically worthless in Canada.
they try, but I won’t take any blood soaked american coins
Wow Cain, you’re so cutting edge….you should have a show on CBC….
yes we do, especially in places where a lot of americans pass through.
ya sometimes. my son collects the,.
Sure do!!
Of course, I live near the border, and all the stores on both sides take the other countries currency, which is not true, say, 75 miles or more north or south of the border.
Well, When I was in Vancouver, I would get random US change back during my trip. I found it funny actually. And in the US we get canadian money like crazy. I save it tho.
