When was the last time a uniformed patrolman patrolled the NYC subway cars at night?
…..for example, at 3AM when the 20-yr olds abound (coming from the "clubs"). When the hee-hee-hees and ha-ha-has abound and fu-ck and sh—it bounce off the acid-graffitti symbols on the million dollar Canadian anti-graffitti silver trains.

Private security should be hired for subway trains and the cars should have audio/video monitoring from a central area.
EVERYONE in NYC is/was foreign at one point in history, unless they are Native American.
