The Canadian coins when they were made of silver were 80% and the U.S. coins were 90%. So silver wise the American coin had more value. Today it would depend on what coins you compare. In the U.S. market the American silver eagle sells for more than the Canadian maple leaf at least at this time and is the same on the London market also.
If they’re the same denomination (ten American cents vs. ten Canadian cents) then the American is worth a tiny bit more.
