Will Canadian banks exchange coins without an account?
I have quite a few Canadian coins (over worth). My local US banks won’t exchange Canadian coins. So, if I drive my coins across the border into Canada, will a Canadian bank exchange them for US money without my having an account at their bank?

Most banks in a country don’t keep much in the way of coins for other countries. So, I doubt any canadian bank will do the swap (although there’s a few US coins that seem to be in circulation).
If the border’s not that far away, why not spend them in Canada? Then you won’t have to worry about them being foreign coins.
yes, they will. But they may require you to roll it. You might want to call them first so you are prepared to hang out and get them into their wrappers. You could break them out into baggies by denomination before you go to cut down on the time!
