Can someone explain this Canadian coin catalog to me?

Okay, I have "A Charlton Standard Catalogue: Canadian Coins Vol. 1 65th edition. ISBN: 978-0-88968-341-9. This is my first Canadian coin book and I don’t understand the pricing listed in it for the coins. For example it had a 1995 Loonie at "15." in MS-64 condition.
