I am planning to visit the place were I was born but never have been to in my adult life , I do howver want to know what you guys use I think its still the canadian dollar but want to make sure this is something i have a wager on , and I think u guys still use the loon or canadian dollar but not sure

Hello y’all. I will be going to Malaysia next month for my vacation and am in the process of searching for a foreign exchange to change from Canadian Dollar to Malaysian Ringgit.

Does anyone know of any good places where they offer a good return for my dollar here in Canada or even in Malaysia? Are there any currency exchange places you Malaysian living in Canada would go to?

Even though it is destroying our manufacturing industry(I will soon be out of a job that is heading to Mexico), doesn’t it give the ego a boost to know our dollar is worth more than the American? Remember all the times that an American has turned up their noses to our colourful currency? I think it’s time to break out the Canadian Tire money and take a shopping trip to NY cuz Americans wont know the diff. hehe And about losing my job? Fine! I am sick of working a job that any idiot can do, even though the money was good and benefits. It’s time I grew up and learned myself a trade and did something useful instead of being a button-pusher that makes discusting amounts of money for CEO’s and shareholders.

canadian currency!

SO, i was wondering if i were to speculate on a currency future say EUR/USD would i need to have one of these currencies in order to buy the contract? for example: say i’m Canadian and i want to buy this contract but i have neither side’s currency, can i still buy it and take advantage of the price fluctuation between the two without having to actually exchange my CADs for USDs/EURs? (assuming i do not keep it until expiration and actually make the transfer)
