CHEAPEST flight S.America to Canada?

I need to find a VERY cheap flight from Bolivia, South America to Vancouver (better yet Castlegar) BC, Canada.

For as late as is posible to search. The best one I have found so far is April 20th 2009 La Paz Bolivia to Vancouver Canada.

It is 0 CAD without tax and 33 CAD with tax.

The budget is tight as it is a Bolivian travelling on Bolivian currency (6 Bolivianos to 1 Canadian Dollar)…ouch

any information on how to find GREAT deals would be HIGHLY appreciated.
