I've collected all the Australian coins… Different question?
Which should I go for next and why?
The choices are:
New Zealand Dollar
US Dollar
Canadian Dollar
British Pound
I mean, NOT all of the Australian coins, I meant to say "alot"… Sorry

Actually any of the ones you mentioned are an okay choice. Some of course are easier than the others due to where you live. If you live in Australia the coins of New Zealand would be easier to get as well as the coins of the other Commonwealth countries. In the US we have the presidential dollars at this point as well as the Native American series. There are also many nice dollars from Canada that are actually made as a collectible and are silver but the regular series is a nice set also. The British pound being worth the most face value wise will cost more to collect. In the end it is you that has to be happy with what you collect not us. Check the designs and see what group you like the best. I started out with American cents 53 years ago and now I am working on a set of ancient Asian coins. I put sets of most American coins together but found I also like world coins and all coins that are historic. If you continue to collect you will ed up with all the dollar coins plus some you may never have thought you would collect. Good luck and it has been fun and a challenge over the years.
ooohhh
i answered this one only in a different section hobbies
the coolest coinage i have in my collection are from Ireland
the pennies are the size of half dollars
the oddest are from Hitlers regime - but they are really creepy and most folks don’t even want to touch them
the oldest are from japan - centuries old - crude with holes and caricatures
the most ornate are from the pacific islands - really pretty animals on them
china has some neat modern coinage with animals on them if you want to google that - it should be easy to collect
