Is it illegal to deface Canadian bills? The law seems to be outdated and states that one may not deface a Canadian coin.
Doesn’t mention anything about bills….
Just wondering,

When entering Canada, how does one go about exchanging US currency for Canadian?
ENTRY will be by car at a border crossing.
I have about 0 worth of Canadian coin. Where can I exchange the money into American dollars. Most the credit unions, and banks in my area say they will only except Canadian bills. If someone could tell me what type of bank would except Canadian coin that would be greatly appreciated.
I was given some currency of Canadian bills. They were left to me by my uncle who passed away. I noticed that these bills are no longer used as they were changed in 2004. Am I allowed to use them or can I go to a bank to give me new ones which have been updated? Thank you kindly for any replies. Cherie
