Convertable peso vs cuban peso??

I’m traveling to Cuba soon, and I’m confused about the two types of currency - the convertible peso and the regular peso.

Which one do I need? Or do I need different ones for different things?

Also, I’m Canadian, and I’ve read something about not being able to exchange pesos in Canada…what’s up with that? Is it true?

do you sometimes get U.S money in your change?

when i got my change back from a store i found a canadian penny. and then i thought if this same thing happen to people in canada, so have you ever gotten a U.S nickel or dime or any type of U.S currency back as change?

CHEAPEST flight S.America to Canada?

I need to find a VERY cheap flight from Bolivia, South America to Vancouver (better yet Castlegar) BC, Canada.

For as late as is posible to search. The best one I have found so far is April 20th 2009 La Paz Bolivia to Vancouver Canada.
