A Canadian .00 coin is 1.3 mm thick. The diameter of the coin is 29 mm. There is a bronze-colored circle in the center of the coin, that has a diameter of 16 mm, surrounded by an outer ring of a silver-colored alloy. Find the volume of the outer ring of the coin.
