How to transfer a giftcard balance to another?

So i bought the 50$ giftcard which i have 4 canadian dollars in it so now i bought another 25 canadian dollar giftcard so how do i transfer the 4 dollars into the 25 $gift card vice versa i want to buy some ijji coins but im short a dollar thats why i need to know how to transfer. im using the click and buy method with my prepaid mastercard giftcard
