Where are some places that I could travel to?

My mom’s allowing me to choose a country to travel to, under two conditions:
1) it has to be relatively safe
and…
2) the currency rate has to be lower or around the canadian currency rate

i’m tired of always going to the united states for my vacations. it can be anywhere in the world. any suggestions?
